Michael & I love yogurt, but sometimes the amount of carbs in this creamy treat can turn us off. With Mike needing more protein in his diet post-workouts & my always needing to keep carbs in mind due to Type 1 Diabetes, a great protein balance is a must for us both. Thank goodness for Greek yogurt, which provides all the things we love about it, but boosting up the protein count to its ratio.
As you can see, our go-to is Chobani! What I really liked about Yoplait was the sweetness & rich strawberry flavor, I will say Chobani continues to win my heart with their smooth texture, while Yoplait’s was a bit more chalky-like to me.
