You know that I love Rubio’s for their great customer & prompt service, gluten-free & veggie options & their fish TACOS, which are my favorite. Right now, they have re-introduced their famous Langostino Lobster taco or burrito. I was so excited when they invited me to try it out…heres the skinny from them:

Rubio’s, made famous for popularizing the fish taco, is celebrating the return of its fan favorite, Langostino Lobster Taco and Burrito, for a limited time only. Continuing its culinary evolution, Rubio’s is giving the seasonal classic a uniquely delicious update with the addition of its new citrus rice. Created and developed by Ralph Rubio and the Rubio’s culinary team, the citrus rice features white rice mixed with lime juice and lemongrass. Designed to complement Langostino Lobster’s flavors, the items represent Rubio’s lighter, fresher approach to seafood.

The craveable Langostino Lobster Burrito features tender Langostino Lobster drizzled with warm basil butter, citrus rice, and fresh guacamole. Wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, the burrito includes black beans, chipotle white sauce, salsa fresca, and is topped off with crisp lettuce. The Langostino Lobster Two Taco Plate, served with no-fried pinto beans and chips, offers guests two flavorful, mouth-watering tacos topped with freshly sliced avocados, a cilantro-onion mix, chipotle white sauce, and cabbage.
