Summer is here in LA, and we all know that means it’s the best time to get your FOODIE on. This weekend alone, two fantastic events will be going down, and, luckily, they are on Saturday and Sunday. No need to choose between anything 😉

First up, LA’s favorite tasting event is here once again and it’s all going down this Saturday, June 10. The LA Food Fest returns to downtown at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum with more world class chefs, award-winning restaurants, out of town headliners, favorite trucks, street stands, carts and more. This year’s 8th Annual Summer Tasting continues its reign as one of the city’s staple events with guests being treated to a curated selection of signature eats from over a hundred (yes, one hundred!) food vendors, not to mention FIVE craft beer gardens, SIX craft cocktail bars, a brand new Nuevo Gastropub and Baja Wine Garden featuring some of Mexico’s top talent, and the return of fan favorites including premium tequila tasting, ice cream social and, my personal favorite: the iced coffee lounge. And, if all that didn’t get you excited enough…it’s all for one ticket price. (No, seriously!)

This year’s event runs from 2pm-7pm (VIP doors at 2pm, GA doors at 3:30pm) with a return to the classic tasting format that started it all. To ensure all guests enjoy the event to its fullest, LA Food Fest attendance is capped at just 5,000 all-inclusive (pre-sale only) tickets.

All you can eat, all you can drink $65 GA tickets include sampling from 100+ vendors, access to signature brews and cocktails, entry to our legendary ice cream social, entertainment and sweet beats from local DJs, collectable swag, and photos from the All Star Photo Booth for all attendees. The event is open to all ages with 21+ wristbands available to those looking to enjoy the alcohol. VIP tickets are available for $95 and include an additional hour plus early admission to enjoy the event, VIP entrance, exclusive access to an expansive VIP lounge and other perks that include exclusive bites, a private VIP bar, and more.

And, don’t get your drink on too hard on Saturday. Why? Because Sunday, June 11th, will find the exciting festival series, BubblyFest, hosting one of their fabulous pop-up’s in Venice Beach to give us an exciting sampling of what is to come this October at their grand event in Avila Beach, BubblyFest by the Sea.

Hosted at The Rose, Tickets are on sale now to BubblyFest, and include your souvenir champagne glass, unlimited bubbly tasting, saber demo, and light hors d’oeuvres. Pop-up Bubblyfest Attendees will also receive a special discount code to attend their October weekend by the sea. What’s not to love here. Am I right?!
