Pillsbury’s Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, a la Ice Cream Sandwich! #spon
You read right! Following up from our pizza dinner of Pillsbury’s new Gluten Free Pizza Dough last week, this week, I am tackling dessert, my friends! 😉 Pillsbury has also introduced a delish chocolate chip cookie dough & I decided to not only make the cookies, but go one step further & get out the tub of ice cream in the freezer.
Not only are they delicious, but they will have your whole house smelling once again like fresh cookies straight from The Dough Boy….that’s something I have missed being gluten-free. They are also super easy to make, here’s my recipe:
You will need:
Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
Any flavor of ice cream you want (I used Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge).
While pre-heating your oven at 350, spread out the dough into rounds….or, if you have cookie cutters, that would be super cute, too. Put them onto your cookie sheet (The instructions say ungreased, I lightly greased my pan). Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown…
Once cooled, simply stack 2 cookies & scoop a big hunk of ice cream in the middle. Then ENJOY!
Keep an eye out for these gluten-free offerings from Pillsbury at your local market, & check out their recipes at their web-site! (Psst, you can also get a coupon for a $1 off.)

Then I come across your post! You just answered my prayers. 🙂 haha! I am going to make my own now. thanks so much!
