ALONG COMES MARY

Happy Sunday! What have you been up to? Since I have received some awesome feedback on my recent ‘Currently’ posts, heres another installment for your Sunday reading! 😉 xo

Eating– I have discovered how gluten-free friendly Peets Coffee & Tea is! I usually pass on those lunch or snack boxes with artesian cheese, fruit & crackers because the crackers are always loaded with wheat. Not at Peet’s! Their delicious box features gluten-free crackers to go with my cheese. On top of that? Their wheat-free almond-cranberry muffin. The cranberries literally taste like they were just picked for you. Mmmm…

New Hangout– The Green Corner Cafe in Glendale. I met my wonderful friend, Joletta, for lunch, there & loved all the selections to choose from. If you’re gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, they’ve got you covered.

Remembering– My awesome margarita & Cinco de Mayo in general; my friend, Heather, whom I had not seen in 6 years, was in town for work & we found an awesome restaurant, appropriatley called Margarita’s, in Valencia, to celebrate. Good times!

Watching– The Fosters. Telling the plots, twists & turns of an inter-racial lesbian couple (right there, I give them credit) raising their family of biological, foster & adopted children. Man, does this family do DRAMA like no one’s business 😉

Waiting– for tomorrow night when my Mom & I head to The Hollywood Bowl to see one of my idols, Courtney Love, & the also awesome, Lana Del Rey.

Writing– My wrap ups from attending the Tomorrowland movie press junket, which will be guest posts on Horsing Around in LA’s blog, here I am snapping a selfie with Brad Bird!

Enjoying– Working with my social media clients on their online presence, I am learning so much as far as marketing & getting their visions out there. Its easy & acceptable to make mistakes when you’re developing your own blog & business, but helping others who have trusted you? Oy! So much stress but so much fun, too 🙂

Anxious– For our kitchen & downstairs bathroom remodeling to be done. We’ve got all new tile coming in, what do you think?
