Check Out The Chocolate Salon this Weekend!

This Sunday at The Convention Center in Pasadena will mark the 7th Annual Chocolate Salon event. Perfect for the chocolate aficionado, chef or those simply looking for a unique event, some of The Salon highlights include:

*Demonstrations from Le Cordon Bleu instructors
*KABC Radio Host and Bikini Chef Susan Irby on healthy eating and chocolate
*LA film talent Dave Shelton on Chocolate in television and films
*Trish Procetto of TOURific Escapes on Her favorite chocolate tour spots in LA
*Jackie Dodd The Beeroness on How to pair beer and chocolate
*The Gourmandise School from Santa Monica
*Bobby Bognar of History Channel’s Food Tech screening scenes from “Food Tech” and his latest food television program.

This year’s event, which has been boasted in The LA Weekly & a favorite among SoCal, returns to the atrium-topped Conference Building of the Pasadena Center, in the center of old town Pasadena, surrounded by restaurants, lounges and upscale boutiques. I cannot wait to check out the 360 degree view of the Pasadena Center Conference Building space.
