Chatto’s Skin & Hair Care!

This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting hundreds (literally) in the natural product business at Expo West, the largest natural food & health products expo at The Anaheim Convention Center (next door to Disneyland!). While I connected with some brands that I have loved for years, a lot of them are new to me & in the coming weeks, I cannot wait to introduce you to their exciting products. The first I decided to write about is Chatto’s; a wonderful hair & skin care line out of Chicago.

I met Chatto herself (Yep, there is a REAL little lady named Chatto, that’s her on the lower right!) at the 3rd level of the expo, where you can find all the new businesses anxious to get the word out about their products. Instantly chatting with me as if she had known me for years, Chatto knows her stuff & knew right away just from looking & feeling my hair that I could use the Mom & Daughter Hair Softener & Frizz Control; such a little amount goes a long way & it controls chatto-1my frizz immediately yet adds volume.  A dilemma Chatto has found with the products, though, is that some have the mis-conception they are for african american women only, not so. Everyone can benefit from her hair & skin care lines, there literally is something for everyone.

I couldn’t love her tagline enough. Just with using the Mom & Daughter cream, as well as the Leave-in Conditioner for the past few days, my hair is softer, bouncier & less fly-away.     This sounds like an awesome product. I am highly allergic to moist all face creams and make up. That’s why I don’t wear makeup. So I always need to approach things like this very carefully. 🙂

      I really want to go there! While chatting with Chatto, she told me that YES its true how ‘windy’ the city is, but also told me how much cleaner it is compared to NYC cuz Chicago has more alleys so you don’t see the trash as much as you do in NYC, lol!:)

    Sounds great! I love that she stresses her products are not just for African-Americans – it’s a common misconception with many “natural” product lines. I’ll definitely be checking her product line out. I love supporting new businesses and need something that will work on my daughter’s hair. Thanks so much for sharing!

    When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve four emails with the
