New Kid in Town…

I haven’t even been in Pasadena for a full week yet but guys, I love it. Even the warm temps are not bugging me. I’ve stayed pretty close to home, as I have boxes galore & need to prepare for Hammy joining me from Grandma’s house tomorrow. Heres how it looked, as of Sunday…..

Note, the magnets are already up 😉

I have been going out in the early evening for a walk around one of my favorite places, Lacy Park in San Marino. I’ve also seen some posters for cool events I want to give you a heads up on:

Old Pasadena Film Festival is going on through end of the month. Imagine Movies on the Beach, but in the awesome old town city district! They have afew locations, with some movies playing on the same night, so start thinking about which you wanna catch.

Jazz Sundays in the courtyard at Vromans, the beloved bookstore serving the community for over 100 years….and, where I am writing this quick post 🙂

The Huntington Library, as always, has loads of beauty & fun to check out…maybe for an early birthday gift, someone will get me a years pass….pretty please? 😉

I will return to more posting soon–still need to get the internet man over! In the meantime, heres another picture of boxes I know you’re dying to see….

Congratulations on getting settled into your place. It is so hard to really get settled in. I still have boxes from when we moved into our house 5 yrs ago. We too have lots of magnets on our refrigerator.
